| PRICES | All prices are wholesale FOB our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Ut. The price list is effective January 1, 2008 and subject to change with out notice. | ||
| PAYMENT | We require a 50% deposit before order will be scheduled for production. Remaining balance to be paid in full before shipping. Payment may be made by check, cash, or credit card. We accept all major credit cards. | ||
| CUSTOM OPTIONS | Minimum $1000 with non-refundable 50% deposit. Quotes for custom sizes and designs are available upon request. | ||
| SIZES | All sizes in the catalog are listed in inches as Width X Depth X Height. | ||
| SHIPPING | We ship through pre-paid common carriers. We will ship the best and most economical way using our discretion or use a trucking com pany of your preference on your account. Additional services such as: inside delivery, lift gate, extra labor, storage, delivery phone call etc. are available at an extra cost and must be established upon ordering. | ||
| CLAIMS | Claims for damages must be made immediately after receipt of merchandise. Ore Incorporated’s responsibility for the shipment ceases after delivery of goods to the trucking company. Please “note any visual damage to the cartons on the Freight bill at the time of delivery”. Our containers are packed and wrapped by experienced packers according to carrier recommendations and we ship all our containers on pallets. We use cardboard, foam, and shrinkwrap to protect your shipment before it leaves our warehouse and extra precautions are taken to insure that your order reaches you in the best possible condition. | ||
| BACK ORDERS | Out of stock items will be back ordered only if total value is economical to ship and if we expect stock to become available within a reasonable amount of time. Please specify when ordering if no backorders will be allowed. | ||
| IMPORTANT | Actual items may differ slightly in color, shape and size from the photographs on this web site. Because of the uniqueness of our natural rust patina, a saucer should be used on sensitive surfaces to avoid discoloration. | ||
